How do I book a class?+
Open the Centers page, pick a center near you, and tap Book on any open slot. With an active cultpass, bookings are instant and free.
Can I cancel my cultpass anytime?+
Yes — there's no lock-in contract. Cancel from your dashboard and it stays active until the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I miss a booked class?+
No penalty for your first few no-shows each month. Frequent no-shows may temporarily limit how far in advance you can book.
Does one cultpass work at every center?+
Yes — a single membership unlocks every cult center across every city we operate in, based on your plan tier.
How do I update my payment method?+
Go to your dashboard → Account, and update your saved card or UPI details there.
